Noemy
Director of Administration
Noemy has been a part of our Desert Hills Animal Clinic family since 2013. Originally from Guatemala, she was raised most of her life here in Arizona. Noemy is a mother of 2 teenage boys and pet mom to 3 dogs, Chucha, Chapo, Pappy Wappy, 3 cats, Tintiri, Kirita, Sophie as well as fish and 3 turtles. When she is not studying towards her bachelor’s degree in business, she loves to spend time cooking, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
Krystal Ramirez, CVT
Director of Medical Services
Krystal started working at DHAC when she moved from Colorado to Arizona in 2015. Before that, she lived in Kansas where she was born and raised. She has two dogs- a black German shepherd named Kameron Reid and a white Pitbull mix named Meatball Patrick. She also has a bearded dragon named Spike. She attended veterinary technology school in Fort Collins, CO and graduated as a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2012. In her free times she enjoys hiking, live music, and watching football- GO CHIEFS!

She has 1 dog named Bando, a 3 year old Pitbull mix. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, seeing live music and taking her dog on trips to Sedona or Flagstaff for a hike.
Natalia
Technician
Natalia has lived in Phoenix, Arizona, for the majority of her life. In high school, she graduated from West-MEC’s accelerated veterinary science program, where she received her veterinary assistant certification. Since then, she has been working full-time as a technician, growing her knowledge and skills in the veterinary field. Natalia has dreamed of working with animals since she was four years old, which is why she has such a big heart for every patient that comes into DHAC.
In her free time, she loves to go hiking, train for Spartan races, garden, and hang out at home with her husband and Bernedoodle, Elsie.
Ashley
Technician
Ashley started working at DHAC as a room technician in 2022. Previous to starting with DHAC Ashley graduated from high school and West-MEC in 2021, and Pima Medical Institute in 2023 in their Veterinary Technician program. She is currently studying to take her boards to become a Certified Veterinary Technician.
Ashley has always known she wanted to be a Vet Tech and is passionate about the health and care of all animals. In her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her three dogs, Red, Twix, and Princess. She also loves to travel and go to concerts.
Nancy
Technician
Nancy is from Glendale, Arizona and graduated high school in 2019. She has had a passion for animals her whole life and It’s been a dream of hers to care for animals in need. She started working at DHAC as a room technician in 2023, where she brings her expertise and love for animals everyday. Nancy has one German Shepherd mixed named Spikey and a Holland Lop bunny named Daisy. In her free time, she loves to travel, paint & spend quality time with her family & fur babies.

Teonna
Technician
Teonna was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She started working at DHAC as a receptionist in 2022. She has always had a heart for helping animals. She decided to go back to school to get a certification in Veterinary Assisting at Pima Medical Institute and now work as a Technician at Desert Hills Animal Clinic. She is currently working towards her CVT license. She has 4 dogs, a Dachshund Mix named Princess, two Chihuahuas named Keanu and Simba, and a German Shepherd mix named Kai. In her free time she enjoys watching movies and football, doing lots of outdoor activities and listening to music.

Jamie
Receptionist
Jamie was born in Crown Point, Indiana. She has lived in Arizona since she was 10 years old. Jamie has worked in medical offices her entire life before becoming a part of the DHAC family in 2021.
She has 3 dogs: Nala a Black Lab, Archie a Golden Retriever mix and Dani a Golden Retriever. Jamie also has 2 cats: Leo a Bengal and Tiggy, an orange Tabby. Her fur babies mean the world to her.
In her free time Jamie enjoys spending time with her animals, husband, and 2 grown kids.
Autumn
Receptionist
Autumn joined DHAC as a receptionist in April 2024, bringing her passion for animal care to the role. She relocated from Oklahoma to Arizona a year prior, leaving behind her life on a farm where she raised small and large animals. Her two dogs, Chico, a red heeler, and Dobby, a toy Australian shepherd, accompany her on her new adventure. In her free time, Autumn enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and relaxing at the lake.

Morgan
Receptionist/Technician
Morgan, a dedicated individual with a background in rodeo and a lifelong love for animals, embarked on a career in veterinary care from a young age. Starting as a veterinary technician at an Equine hospital in Cave Creek at 17, Morgan gained valuable experience working with animals. Transitioning to a large and small animal veterinary hospital in Safford, Az. It was during this time that Morgan also embraced motherhood and welcomed a beautiful son into her life. Upon returning to Cave Creek, Morgan found her calling at Desert Hills Animal Clinic as a veterinary technician and receptionist. Today, she splits her time between Miller Equine Rehab & Conditioning, where she specializes in swimming therapy for horses and dogs. With a commitment to animal well-being and a wealth of experience from Desert Hills Animal Clinic, Morgan has evolved into a compassionate and knowledgeable professional in the field. Grateful for the opportunities that have allowed Morgan to follow a dream of making a positive impact on animal lives, Morgan looks forward to continuing to serve the animal community with expertise and care.
